Welcome Reception, Tuesday, September 14 - Co-hosted by The Boeing Company, the conference kicks off with the welcome reception providing participants with a unique networking opportunity. Surrounded by tropical breezes participants and their guests will be greeted with a shell lei, a beverage, appetizers, all while listening to the U.S. Air Force Band of the Pacific. One guest per registered participant. | |

Closing Dinner Private Luau, Friday, September 17 - Set against the backdrop of the Pacific Ocean, the conference wraps with a private luau on Wailea Beach. Say “Aloha” to friends as you experience the local flavors of Hawaii and entertainment by one of Hawaii’s largest and longest running Polynesian production show, Tihati, as they present Te Au Moana, the ocean tide. Guests not attending the conference are invited to join participants at the closing dinner. Purchase guest tickets via the online registration form. | |

Optional Technical Tour, Saturday, September 18 - Beginning at sea level, the tour will proceed to the 10,000 ft. summit of Haleakala for a visit to the Maui Space Surveillance Complex where participants will visit the DoD’s largest optical telescope, the 3.6m AEOS telescope. Transportation and a light snack will be provided for the approximately six hour trip. (Non-U.S. citizens wishing to attend the tour must sign up prior to August 14.) |
Cancellation Policy: Prior to August 13, 2010 will receive refund less $75 processing fee. No cancellations will be accepted nor fees refunded after this date. There will be no refunds for no-shows. All cancellation requests must be received in writing to info@amostech.com.
Guests not attending the conference are invited to join participants at the welcome reception and closing dinner (see details on registration form). Guests are also invited to attend an informal presentation about island activities on the opening morning of the conference. This is a nice opportunity to mingle and map out plans for the week.

Welcome Coffee Hour, Wednesday, September 15 - On the opening morning of the conference starting at 9:00am at the Mala lounge (lobby level), guests are invited to an informal presentation about optional island activities. This is a nice opportunity to mingle and map out plans for the week. |

Dress is business casual for all conference sessions and events. Suggested attire for military is short sleeve blues for opening day, and business casual thereafter.
