Take advantage of our early bird conference fee by registering prior to July 15. Conference fee includes conference materials; admittance to all sessions Wednesday through Friday (including coffee breaks, breakfasts and lunches); exhibit and poster sessions; evening tutorials; and the welcome reception and closing dinner.

  Optional Technical Tour, Saturday, September 18 - Situated on Maui’s Mount Haleakala, the technical tour will begin at the 1,500 ft. elevation with a visit to Maikalani, The Advanced Technology Research Center (ATRC) at the Institute for Astronomy, University of Hawaii. The state-of-the-art ATRC includes laboratory workspace for microfabrication, advanced metrology and optical/infrared sensor development. The tour will proceed on to the Maui Space Surveillance Complex, DoD’s largest optical telescope, the 3.6m AEOS telescope, situated at 10,000 ft. above sea level. Transportation and a light snack will be provided for the approximately six hour trip. (Non-U.S. citizens wishing to attend the tour must sign up prior to August 14.)

 

Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellations received prior to August 14, 2010 will receive full refund less $75 processing fee. No cancellations will be accepted nor fees refunded after this date. There will be no refunds for no-shows. All cancellation requests must be received in writing to info@amostech.com.

Companion fees

Traveling with a companion?  Guests not attending the conference are invited to attend an informal presentation about island activities on the opening morning of the conference.  This is a nice opportunity to mingle and map out plans for the week. Details coming soon!
