Take advantage of our early AMOS Conference fee by registering prior to July 15. Fee includes conference materials; admittance to all technical sessions Wednesday through Friday (including coffee breaks, breakfasts and lunches); exhibit and poster sessions; evening tutorials; and the welcome reception and closing dinner.
Student Rate Eligibility – Individuals who are enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student are eligible to register at the student rate.

Proceedings CD - Proceedings will be sent approximately 6 weeks after the conference. Purchase past proceedings on CD-ROM.
|Optional Technical Tour, Saturday, September 14 – Beginning at sea level, the tour will proceed to the 10,000 ft. summit of Haleakala for a visit to the Maui Space Surveillance Complex where participants will visit the DoD’s largest optical telescope, the 3.6m AEOS telescope. Transportation and a light snack will be provided for the approximately six hour trip. Space is limited to the first 100 registered conference participants.
Non-U.S. citizens participating in the Optional Technical Tour are required to provide the necessary visit request information. Download sample letter. The letter should be on your company letterhead and signed by an individual from the security or personnel office, or a Department Head of your organization, (NOT YOU). Please scan your completed letter and the inside front and back pages of your passport, and email it back to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to August 14.
Cancellation Policy: Prior to August 10, 2013 will receive refund less $75 (AMOS Conference) and $25 (SSA Policy Forum) processing fees. No cancellations will be accepted nor fees refunded after this date. There will be no refunds for no-shows. All cancellation requests must be received in writing to email@example.com.
Guests not attending the conference are invited to join participants at the welcome reception and closing dinner (see details on registration form). Guests are also invited to attend an informal presentation about island activities on the opening morning of the conference. This is a nice opportunity to mingle and map out plans for the week.

Dress is business casual for all conference sessions and events. Suggested attire for military is short sleeve blues for opening day, and business casual thereafter.
